1In a blender combine the 10 ounces strawberries, the mango juice, the ¼ cup mint, the sugar and lime juice. Cover and blend until completely smooth.
2Pour mixture into a 3-quart rectangular baking dish. Freeze 30 minutes, stir with a fork. Continue to freeze for 2 to 2½ hours more or until firm throughout, scraping and stirring mixture every 30 minutes.
3To serve, use the fork to scrape mixture into fine bits resembling snow. Spoon into serving glasses and top with whipped topping. If desired, garnish with chopped strawberries and additional fresh mint.
