  • In a blender combine the 10 ounces strawberries, the mango juice, the 1/4 cup mint, the sugar and lime juice. Cover and blend until completely smooth.

  • Pour mixture into a 3-quart rectangular baking dish. Freeze 30 minutes, stir with a fork. Continue to freeze for 2 to 2 1/2 hours more or until firm throughout, scraping and stirring mixture every 30 minutes.

  • To serve, use the fork to scrape mixture into fine bits resembling snow. Spoon into serving glasses and top with whipped topping. If desired, garnish with chopped strawberries and additional fresh mint.
