Breakfast in 10 minutes! These 7-grain waffles are topped with fat-free Greek yogurt and loads of fresh fruit.

  • 2 frozen 7-grain waffles, such as Kashi® brand
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries, blackberries and/or raspberries
  • 6 tablespoons plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons light pancake syrup
  • Ground cinnamon (optional)

  1. Toast waffles according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine half of the berries, the yogurt and pancake syrup. Divide the yogurt mixture between the toasted waffles; sprinkle with the remaining berries. If desired, sprinkle with cinnamon.
