2 frozen 7-grain waffles, such as Kashi® brand
½ cup fresh blueberries, blackberries and/or raspberries
6 tablespoons plain fat-free Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons light pancake syrup
Ground cinnamon (optional)
Toast waffles according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine half of the berries, the yogurt and pancake syrup. Divide the yogurt mixture between the toasted waffles; sprinkle with the remaining berries. If desired, sprinkle with cinnamon.
