  • 8 ounces large radishes (about 12), cut into very thin bite-size strips or chopped
  • ½ cup light sour cream
  • ½ cup crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese (2 ounces)
  • 2 tablespoons snipped fresh dill
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • Fresh dill sprigs (optional)
  • 4 cups radishes, carrot sticks, celery sticks, Belgian endive leaves and/or fresh snow pea pods

  1. In a large bowl stir together radish strips, sour cream, feta cheese, dill, lemon peel and lemon juice. If desired, garnish with dill sprigs. Serve with fresh vegetables for dipping.
