⅔ cup apricot preserves or sugar-free apricot preserves
8 dried apricots, quartered (about ½ cup)
⅓ cup chopped onion (1 small)
3 tablespoons honey mustard
1 tablespoon water
½ teaspoon snipped fresh thyme
Bias-cut each sausage link into eight slices (64 slices total).
In a 2-quart slow cooker, combine apricot preserves, dried apricots, onion, honey mustard and the water. Add sausage, stirring to coat. Cover; cook on low-heat setting for 3 to 4 hours or on high-heat setting for 1½ to 2 hours. Just before serving, stir in thyme.
Tip: For easy cleanup, line your slow cooker with a disposable slow cooker liner. Add ingredients as directed in recipe. Once your dish is finished cooking, spoon the food out of your slow cooker and simply dispose of the liner. Do not lift or transport the disposable liner with food inside.
