  • 1 cup fat-free or low-fat Greek-style plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh or dried apricots
  • 2 tablespoons low-sugar apricot preserves
  • 4 teaspoons chopped walnuts, toasted (see Tip)

  1. Divide yogurt between two serving bowls.
  2. Top with apricots, preserves, and walnuts. Serve immediately.
  • Tip: To toast whole nuts or large pieces, spread in a shallow baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake in a 350°F oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until golden, shaking pan once or twice.
