  • 2 teaspoons tub-style light cream cheese
  • 2 thin slices smoked turkey breast (1 ounce total) (see Tips)
  • Ground black pepper
  • crisp-cooked and chilled asparagus spears (see Tips)

  • Prep

  • Ready In

  1. Divide cream cheese between turkey breast slices, spreading evenly. Sprinkle lightly with pepper.
  2. Top each turkey slice with an asparagus spear. Roll up.
  • Tips: Choose a sliced turkey product that is lower in sodium, such as Hormel® or Healthy Choice®.
  • To cook the asparagus, snap off and discard the woody base of each asparagus spear. In a covered medium saucepan, cook asparagus spears in a small amount of boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes or just until crisp-tender. Drain and rinse in cold water to cool quickly. Drain well.
