Make-It-Mine Layered Pudding Pops

    • 1 ounce 4-serving-size package fat-free, sugar-free instant pudding mix (see Tips)
    • 2 cups fat free milk
    • 8 5-ounce paper or plastic drink cups
    • 1 12 to 16-ounce package unsweetened frozen fruit, partially thawed (see Tips)
    • 2 tablespoons water
    • ⅓ cup fat-free sweetened condensed milk
    • 8 flat wooden craft sticks


  • 1 In a medium bowl whisk together the pudding mix and milk, about 2 minutes or until smooth.
  • 2 Spoon ¼ cup of the pudding into each of the paper cups.
  • 3 Place the frozen fruit, water and sweetened condensed milk in a blender. Cover and blend to desired smoothness. Carefully spoon ⅛th of the blended fruit mixture into each cup, over the pudding layer.
  • 4 Cover cups with foil. Cut a slit in the foil over each cup and slide a wooden stick into the center of each pop. Freeze at least 12 hours.
  • 5 To serve, remove foil and tear away the paper cups or remove pops from plastic cups.
  • Variation: Pudding flavor: (choose one) banana cream, butterscotch, cheesecake, lemon, vanilla, white chocolate
  • Frozen Fruit:(choose one) blueberries, mango chunks, pineapple chunks, peach slices, red raspberries
  • Layering: Layer as directed in the recipe method or:
  • 2 layers, reverse order: layer ¼ cup of the pudding and the ⅛th of the blended fruit in each cup in reverse order
  • 3 layers: spoon 2 tablespoons of pudding into each cup, add the layer of ⅛th of the blended fruit to each cup then top it off with another layer of 2 tablespoons pudding
  • 4 layers: divide each cup's pudding and blended fruit mixture in half so there is a 2 tablespoons pudding-blended fruit-2 tablespoons pudding-blended fruit arrangement.
