  • ½ cup well-drained, bottled roasted red sweet peppers
  • ½ cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
