  • 1½ cups peach nectar, chilled
  • ½ cup orange juice, chilled
  • ¼ cup grapefruit juice, chilled
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1½ cups sparkling mineral water, chilled
  • Ice cubes
  • Star fruit slices (optional)

  1. In a pitcher, stir together the peach nectar, orange juice, grapefruit juice, and lemon juice.
  2. Slowly stir in the mineral water. Serve over ice. If desired, garnish with star fruit slices.
