Herbed Mixed Nuts

“Freshly-toasted nuts are seasoned with herbs and Parmesan cheese for a quick, tasty appetizer.”


    • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
    • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 teaspoons dried basil and/or oregano, crushed
    • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
    • 3 cups walnuts, soy nuts, and/or almonds
    • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese


  • 1 Preheat oven to 325°F. In a bowl, combine melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, herb, and garlic salt. Add nuts; stir to coat.
  • 2 Line a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with foil; spread nuts in pan. Top with Parmesan; stir to coat. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring twice. Cool. Cover tightly; store up to 1 week.
