Berry Yogurt Parfaits

“Fresh berries and a little lemon peel bring rich flavors to this simple breakfast parfait that will start you right and keep you going.”
1 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
½ cup fresh raspberries
½ cup fresh blackberries, halved if desired
½ cup fresh blueberries
1 cup multigrain oats and honey cereal
Lemon peel strips
1In a small bowl, combine yogurt, honey, vanilla, and shredded lemon peel.
2Divide half of the yogurt mixture among four glasses or parfait dishes. Top with half of the berries; sprinkle half of the cereal over. Repeat layers. Serve immediately or cover and chill up to 30 minutes. Garnish with lemon peel strips.
To make ahead: Prepare yogurt mixture as directed in Step 1. Transfer to an airtight container; cover. Store in the refrigerator up to 8 hours. Continue as directed in Step 2.
