Berry Yogurt Parfaits

“Fresh berries and a little lemon peel bring rich flavors to this simple breakfast parfait that will start you right and keep you going.”


    • 1 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
    • 2 tablespoons honey
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • ½ teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
    • ½ cup fresh raspberries
    • ½ cup fresh blackberries, halved if desired
    • ½ cup fresh blueberries
    • 1 cup multigrain oats and honey cereal
    • Lemon peel strips


  • 1 In a small bowl, combine yogurt, honey, vanilla, and shredded lemon peel.
  • 2 Divide half of the yogurt mixture among four glasses or parfait dishes. Top with half of the berries; sprinkle half of the cereal over. Repeat layers. Serve immediately or cover and chill up to 30 minutes. Garnish with lemon peel strips.
  • To make ahead: Prepare yogurt mixture as directed in Step 1. Transfer to an airtight container; cover. Store in the refrigerator up to 8 hours. Continue as directed in Step 2.
