  • 3 blood oranges
  • 1 Cara Cara orange
  • ¾ cup quartered fresh strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon amaretto (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds, toasted

  1. Trim oranges and cut away peel and white part of the rind. Thinly slice oranges.
  2. In a small bowl combine strawberries, honey, amaretto (if desired), and almond extract. Let stand 10 minutes.
  3. Arrange oranges on a platter. Top with strawberry mixture and almonds.
