You don't have to be sitting by a campfire to enjoy the taste of s'mores! Refreshing apple slices dipped in bittersweet chocolate and sprinkled with crushed graham crackers and miniature marshmallows make a delicious treat.

  • 1 medium apple, cut into 12 slices
  • 3 ounces bittersweet chocolate, melted
  • 3 tablespoons crushed graham crackers
  • 12 tiny marshmallows

  1. Dip apple slices halfway into melted bittersweet chocolate. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers to coat.
  2. Arrange on a waxed paper-lined tray. Cut up tiny marshmallows and arrange on apple slices. Let stand until firm or cover and chill up to 1 hour.
