White Chocolate-Granola Apple Dippers

1 medium apple, cut into 12 slices
3 ounces white baking chocolate, melted
¼ cup granola
1Dip apple slices halfway melted white baking chocolate. Sprinkle granola to coat (crush granola, if necessary).
2Arrange on a waxed paper-lined tray. Let stand until firm or cover and chill up to 1 hour.
