White Chocolate-Granola Apple Dippers

“Caramel apples can contain up to 60 grams of carbs, but these apple dippers are a low-carb option. Crisp apple slices are dipped in rich white chocolate and crunchy granola resulting in a deliciously sweet treat.”


    • 1 medium apple, cut into 12 slices
    • 3 ounces white baking chocolate, melted
    • ¼ cup granola


  • 1 Dip apple slices halfway melted white baking chocolate. Sprinkle granola to coat (crush granola, if necessary).
  • 2 Arrange on a waxed paper-lined tray. Let stand until firm or cover and chill up to 1 hour.
