A new take on sushi! These simple turkey roll-ups are made with crunchy, colorful vegetables and reduced-fat cream cheese and make a delicious snack or light lunch.
On each slice of turkey, spread cream cheese. Sprinkle with dillweed. Top with carrot, zucchini, and sweet pepper. Tightly roil up turkey slices. Cover and chill for 1 hour or until ready to serve. Cut rolls crosswise into 1-inch slices.
Tip: Look for turkey slices without rips or tears.
