8 slices deli roasted turkey (see Tip)
½ (8 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel), softened
2 teaspoons snipped fresh dillweed or ½ teaspoon dried dillweed
1 medium carrot, coarsely shredded
½ cup coarsely shredded zucchini
½ cup finely chopped red sweet pepper
On each slice of turkey, spread cream cheese. Sprinkle with dillweed. Top with carrot, zucchini, and sweet pepper. Tightly roil up turkey slices. Cover and chill for 1 hour or until ready to serve. Cut rolls crosswise into 1-inch slices.
Tip: Look for turkey slices without rips or tears.
