  • Remove stems from strawberries; halve or, if large, quarter berries lengthwise. In a medium bowl combine strawberries, sugar, balsamic vinegar, mint, and lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate at least 20 minutes or for up to 4 hours.

  • To serve, spoon the strawberry mixture over scoops of frozen yogurt.
