The key to making the easiest tacos ever? Using prepared carne asada. We make this healthy dinner with just three ingredients—thanks to the help of convenience items like frozen meals—and then freshen it up with sliced avocado.

  • 4 10-oz. packages EatingWell Steak Carne Asada frozen entrees
  • 8 (6 inch) whole-wheat or multigrain flour tortillas
  • 1 avocado, thinly sliced

  1. Prepare frozen entrees according to package directions.
  2. Char tortillas over an open flame on medium heat on the stovetop or under the broiler, about 30 seconds per side.
  3. Serve the prepared carne asada in the charred tortillas and top with avocado.
