  • 2 3.75-ounce containers lemon sugar-free reduced-calorie ready-to-eat pudding (or use vanilla, with ¼ teaspoon lemon zest stirred into each container)
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • ½ cup fresh blackberries, blueberries, raspberries or sliced strawberries
  • 1 100-calorie pack shortbread cookies, coarsely broken

  1. Divide one of the containers of pudding between two 8-ounce straight-sided glasses, spooning pudding evenly into glasses. Top pudding in glasses with half of the banana slices, half of the berries and half of the cookie crumbs. Repeat layers with the remaining pudding, banana, berries and cookies.
