Fresh blackberries and light cream cheese make a pretty, sweet topping for a crispbread snack, especially with a little mint sprinkled on top. Besides being beautiful and delicious, blackberries are packed with antioxidants and vitamins.

  • 2 tablespoons light cream cheese
  • 1 large crispbread, such as Wasa® Sourdough Whole Grain Crispbread
  • 4 blackberries, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves for garnish

  1. Spread cream cheese on crispbread. Top with blackberries. Garnish with mint, if desired.
