  • Combine peaches, tea, cucumber, sugar, and lime juice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a 2-qt. pitcher. Discard any solids. Chill, if desired.

  • To serve, slowly add sparkling water to the pitcher, stirring gently. Serve over ice, topped with cucumber, if desired.
