Peaches and cucumbers lend their summery flavors to this hibiscus agua fresca, a traditional Mexican fruit drink that's perfect for hot days.

  • 1 16-oz. package frozen unsweeted peach slices, thawed
  • 3 cups brewed berry-flavor hibiscus tea, cooled
  • ½ cup chopped seeded peeled cucumber, plus more for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2¾-liter bottles sparkling mineral water (6⅓ cups)

  1. Combine peaches, tea, cucumber, sugar, and lime juice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a 2-qt. pitcher. Discard any solids. Chill, if desired.
  2. To serve, slowly add sparkling water to the pitcher, stirring gently. Serve over ice, topped with cucumber, if desired.
