Although this chicken dinner is simple to prepare, it isn't simple in flavor. We suggest adding a little zip to your corn kernels with Cajun seasoning.

  • 3 ounces cooked, skinless chicken breast
  • ½ cup fresh corn kernels
  • ½ medium pear (optional)
  • 1 cup fat-free milk (optional)
