  • Cut apples in half crosswise. Using a melon baller, remove cores creating a well in each apple half. Arrange apples, cut sides up, in a 1 1/2-quart square baking dish.

  • In a small bowl combine powdered peanut butter, cream cheese and milk. Spoon mixture into the center of each apple and top with cereal.

  • Cover dish with vented plastic wrap. Microwave on high (100%) power for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes or until apples are heated through. Drizzle with honey.
