  • 1 cup coffee ice cream
  • ¼ cup low-fat milk
  • 1 ounce coffee liqueur, such as Kahlua
  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder

  1. Place ice cream, milk, coffee liqueur and cocoa in a blender. Blend until smooth. (If you'd like a thicker shake, instead of blending the ingredients, place them in a mason jar and shake until blended.)
