Remember those orange creamsicles from childhood? These are the cocktail copycat version—smooth, creamy citrus with a spike of orange liqueur.

  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 1 ounce orange liqueur, such as Grand Marnier or Triple Sec

  1. Place ice cream, orange juice and orange liqueur in a blender; blend until smooth and creamy. (For a thicker shake, instead of blending the ingredients, soften the ice cream and place it in a mason jar. Add orange juice and orange liqueur; shake until blended.)
