“Greek yogurt has more protein than regular yogurt and will keep you satisfied longer. The sweet cranberries in the topping will balance the tangy zip of the yogurt.”


    • 1 tablespoon dried cranberries
    • 1 tablespoon toasted slivered almonds
    • 1 (6 ounce) container plain, fat-free Greek yogurt


  • 1 Sprinkle the dried cranberries and slivered almonds on top of Greek yogurt.
