  • In a shallow bowl, whisk together egg product, milk, orange peel, vanilla, and cinnamon. Dip bread into egg mixture, turning to coat both sides.

  • Coat an unheated large nonstick skillet or griddle with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat over medium heat.
