These cocktails are quick and easy to assemble and are the perfect addition to any holiday gathering. Have a variety of garnishes available to choose from so that guests can make this cocktail their own.

  • 1 cup pomegranate, cranberry, blood orange or regular orange juice, chilled
  • ½ cup vodka, chilled
  • Ice (optional)
  • 2 cups champagne, chilled
  • Garnish(es), such as lime or orange slices, fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs, fresh cranberries, and/or pomegranate arils

  1. In a pitcher combine juice and vodka. If desired, add ice. Slowly pour in champagne; stir gently. Top servings with desired garnish(es).
