1 lemon, cut into 4 wedges
Sugar substitute equivalent to 2 Tablespoons sugar (see Tip)
1 cup ice cubes
½ cup cold water
Squeeze lemon wedges into a tall 16-ounce glass. Add lemon wedges to glass. Sprinkle sugar substitute over lemon wedges. Using a fork or the end of a wooden spoon, lightly mash lemon and sugar substitute together. Add the ice cubes and the water. Stir gently to combine. Makes 1 serving (16 ounces per serving)
Tip: When using sugar substitutes, choose from Splenda® Granular, Equal® Spoonful or packets, or Sweet'N Low® bulk or packets. Follow package directions to use product amount equivalent to 2 Tablespoons sugar.
