1 hard-boiled egg
2 dried currants (optional)
Lemon zest (optional)
3 strawberries, halved
¼ cup blueberries

Using a cookie cutter or a knife, cut waffles into heart shapes. Place in a section of the bento box along with maple syrup.
Using the tip of a small paring knife, cut egg into a zig-zag pattern around the center, being careful not to poke through the egg yolk. Use currants to make eyes and lemon zest to make a nose, if desired.
Combine strawberries and blueberries in another compartment. Place cantaloupe in the remaining compartment.
