Ingredients ½ cup corn oil 1 teaspoon lime zest ¼ cup lime juice 2 teaspoons minced shallot 1 teaspoon honey ¾ teaspoon salt
Directions 1 Combine oil, lime zest and juice, shallot, honey and salt in an 8-ounce mason jar. Shake vigorously until combined. To make ahead: Refrigerate for up to 1 week; shake before serving.
