Sesame-Ginger Chicken Salad

Ingredients

    • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
    • 3 ounces shredded cooked chicken breast
    • ½ cup fresh spinach
    • ¼ cup shredded carrot
    • ¼ cup sliced radishes
    • 1 scallion, sliced
    • 3 tablespoons prepared sesame-ginger dressing

Directions

  • 1 Combine lettuce, chicken, spinach, carrot, radishes and scallion in a medium bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat.
