Goat cheese has bolder flavor than cream cheese. We love it schmeared on a flagel (aka flat bagel) for a healthy breakfast, brunch or lunch idea.

  • 2 tablespoons soft goat cheese
  • 1½ ounces sliced smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons microgreens
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill
