Drunken Rosé Gummies

“Turn your favorite summer wine into a sweet treat with this easy recipe for boozy gummy bears. They're just like a cute, miniature jello shot—perfect for parties or to give as a gift.”


    • 1 cup rosé wine
    • ¼ cup sugar
    • 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin


  • 1 Stir rosé, sugar and gelatin together in a small saucepan. Let stand for 1 minute. Heat over low heat, stirring often, until the sugar and gelatin are dissolved. Using the liquid dropper, fill the molds. Refrigerate until firm, at least 30 minutes. To unmold, pop the gummies out of the molds.
  • Equipment: 3 silicone gummy bear molds (53 cavities each) with liquid dropper
  • To make ahead: Unmold gummies and store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
