  • Stir rosé, sugar and gelatin together in a small saucepan. Let stand for 1 minute. Heat over low heat, stirring often, until the sugar and gelatin are dissolved. Using the liquid dropper, fill the molds. Refrigerate until firm, at least 30 minutes. To unmold, pop the gummies out of the molds.



Equipment: 3 silicone gummy bear molds (53 cavities each) with liquid dropper

To make ahead: Unmold gummies and store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.

Yes I ordered a gummy bear mold just to make these and YES it was so worth it. The "boozy" gummy bears you buy at the store just don't compare to these. They actually taste like rose!! Read More
