This super-refreshing fruit slushie is so easy to make and uses just three ingredients. Try it with strawberries and raspberries, too—these are great for a kids' party, but the adults will love them just as much (especially spiked with a little vodka or gin).

  • 1 cup unsweetened frozen blueberries, thawed slightly
  • 1 cup ice cubes, thawed slightly
  • 2 cups lemonade

  1. Place blueberries in a blender and blend until pureed. Add ice cubes and crush until pulverized. Place ½ cup blueberry mixture in a glass along with ½ cup lemonade. Repeat with the remaining blueberry mixture and lemonade.

Most lemonade is too sweet for me...but here the blueberries balance out the sweetness and the frosty drink is super thirst quenching. I love the color of these too! Perfect for hot summer days.
