Made the potato toasts to have different ways. Did this one today and it is wonderful. The potato and cheese together is a hit. i did another one posted in Eating well with an egg on top yesterday. I roasted the potato slices 425 degress 10-12 minutes & keep what I don't use for later. I give the slice of potato a toast setting in the toaster oven before using. Read More
