Swap your bagel for a veggie with this healthy sweet potato toast recipe. Any frozen fruit will work, but you can also use a fruit jam and skip the honey.

  • 1 large slice sweet potato ( ¼ inch thick)
  • 1½ tablespoons reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1½ teaspoons mashed thawed frozen raspberries
  • 2 teaspoons toasted chopped hazelnuts
  • ½ teaspoon honey

  1. Toast sweet potato in a toaster or toaster oven until just cooked through and starting to brown, 12 to 15 minutes. Top with cream cheese, raspberries, hazelnuts and honey.
