"Pine-Apple" Fruit & Yogurt Cups

Turn pineapple spears and apple slices into a fun, healthy snack that looks like a pineapple. This easy snack is almost too cute to eat.

  • ½ cup whole-milk plain yogurt
  • 8 pineapple spears (3½ by 1 inch each)
  • 1 medium green apple, cored and cut into 6 wedges

  1. Spoon ¼ cup yogurt into each of 2 clear cups. Top each with 4 pineapple spears. The length of the spears should match the height of the cup you are using.
  2. Pierce the skewer through 3 wedges of apple and place on top of one cup. Repeat with the other cup.
