  • 2 cups fat-free milk
  • 1 bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  1. In a blender, combine milk, banana, cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth and frothy.
  • Tips: To freeze banana: Peel and slice banana. Place banana slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with plastic wrap. Freeze for at least 1 hour or until firm.
