Green matcha powder and spinach give this healthy smoothie bowl a beautiful green hue. Be sure to use frozen bananas (not fresh) to keep the texture thick, creamy and frosty.

  • ½ cup frozen sliced banana
  • ½ cup frozen sliced peaches
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 5 tablespoons slivered almonds, divided
  • 1½ teaspoons matcha tea powder
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • ½ ripe kiwi, diced

  1. Blend banana, peaches, spinach, almond milk, 3 tablespoons almonds, matcha and maple syrup in a blender until very smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with kiwi and the remaining 2 tablespoons slivered almonds.
