  • 1 (8 ounce) tub low-fat whipped cream cheese
  • ¼ cup finely chopped carrot
  • ¼ cup finely chopped roma tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped kalamata olives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • ½ teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
  • ¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 12 stalks celery

  1. In a medium mixing bowl beat cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds. Stir in carrot, tomato, olives, basil, lemon peel, and pepper.
