3 slices cocktail rye bread
3 teaspoons honey mustard
3 ounces natural deli turkey
3 teaspoons shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
3 cherry tomatoes, halved
Preheat broiler. Place bread on a baking sheet. Spread 1 teaspoon honey mustard and place 1 ounce turkey on each slice. Top each with 1 teaspoon Cheddar and 2 tomato halves. Broil until the cheese melts, 1 to 2 minutes.
