Round slices of fresh pineapple make an easy and deliciously juicy no-bake crust for a healthier fruit pizza that cuts down on carbs from the traditional cookie crust.

  • 1 cup reduced-fat coconut yogurt
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup chopped macadamia nuts, lightly toasted
  • ¼ cup coconut chips (large flakes), lightly toasted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
