You don't need any special tools to create this cute teddy bear sandwich that kids will love. Plus, this easy lunch has healthy ingredients you can feel good about feeding your kids, like whole grains, hummus and veggies.

  • 2 slices whole-grain bread
  • 1 tablespoon hummus
  • ½ baby cucumber, sliced
  • 2 black olives, halved

  1. Using a drinking glass or circle cookie cutter, cut out a sandwich-size circle from each slice of bread. Using a shot glass or small circle cookie cutter, cut out 3 small circles from the bread scraps.
  2. Spread hummus on one large bread circle. Stick 2 small bread circles at the top to create ears and top each with a cucumber slice. Cover the rest of the hummus with cucumber slices. Top with the other large bread circle.
  3. Place the last small bread circle on the sandwich, topping it with a cucumber slice and half an olive to make the nose. Place an olive half on either side of the nose to make the eyes. (You'll have 1 olive half left over.)
