  • 1 slice whole-wheat bread, toasted if desired
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded carrot
  • 2 slices English cucumber
  • ½ red bell pepper ring
  • 1 slice radish
  • 2 slices Kalamata olive

  1. Spread bread (or toast) with cream cheese. Using carrot, cucumber, bell pepper, radish and olive, make a vegetable "face" on top of the cream cheese.
