Frozen Mango Margaritas

“Frozen mango chunks aren't just for smoothies anymore. Whir them up in your blender with all the other classic margarita ingredients to make a skinny frozen cocktail at home that's just as good as (if not better than, and definitely healthier than!) restaurant versions.”


    • 5 cups frozen mango chunks
    • 3 cups ice
    • 1 cup tequila
    • ⅔ cup lime juice
    • ½ cup Triple Sec
    • ¼ cup simple syrup (see Tip)


  • 1 Place mango, ice, tequila, lime juice, Triple Sec and simple syrup in a blender. Puree until smooth.
  • Tip: To make your own simple syrup: Bring 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water to a boil in a medium saucepan, stirring frequently to dissolve the sugar. Let cool for 30 minutes and then refrigerate until cold, at least 1 hour. Makes about 1½ cups.
