This is a cool, cerebral salad that has a hint of smoky sweetness. I used regular red cabbage instead of radicchio and added some matchstick-cut carrots.

This is basically a homemade version of the mix they sell at Trader Joe's and Costco. While the bag mix is easy (dump and go) the dressing ingredients aren't as clean as this homemade yummy one! I love this salad!
