1 cup pomegranate, orange and/or cranberry juice
1 (750 milliliter) bottle chilled Champagne or prosecco
Fill an ice cube tray with juice. Freeze until solid, 5 to 6 hours. (For layered ice cubes, fill with ½ cup pomegranate or cranberry juice and freeze until solid, 2 to 3 hours. Top with ½ cup orange juice and freeze until solid, about 3 hours more.)
Divide juice cubes among 5 glasses and top with 5 ounces Champagne (or prosecco) each.
To make ahead: Transfer frozen juice cubes to a sealable bag; freeze for up to 2 weeks
